By booking a service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all mobile nail and foot care services provided throughout Surrey, KT22 and surrounding areas.

 

 

1. Scope of Services

 

 

• Services include nail care, hand and foot treatments, gel polish application, callus removal, filing, shaping, hydration, and basic foot care.

• All services are provided at the client’s chosen location (home, workplace, or other agreed location).

• No medical treatments or diagnoses are provided. Clients may be referred to a healthcare professional if necessary.

 

 

 

2. Travel Area & Fees

 

 

• Free travel is included for appointments within 16 miles of KT22 (Fetcham/Leatherhead).

• A fixed travel fee of £10 applies for locations beyond 16 miles.

 

 

 

3. Booking & Scheduling

 

 

• Appointments must be booked in advance through the website contact/booking form or by contacting the provider directly.

• A confirmation message will be sent once the appointment is accepted.

• Clients must ensure the service location is safe, clean, and suitable for carrying out treatments.

 

 

 

4. Payments

 

 

• Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or bank transfer.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

 

 

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

• Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount.

 

 

 

6. Safety & Hygiene

 

 

• Strict hygiene protocols are followed, including sterilised tools and disposable materials where applicable.

• Clients must disclose allergies, skin sensitivities, infections, or medical conditions relevant to nail services.

• The provider may refuse service if conditions pose a health risk.

 

 

 

7. Client Responsibilities

 

 

• Clients must provide a clean, safe, and well-lit environment for the service.

• Clients must provide accurate health information to ensure safe treatment.

• Clients under age 16 must have a parent or guardian present.

 

 

 

8. Liability

 

 

• The provider is not liable for reactions or issues caused by undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.

• The provider is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from unsafe conditions at the client’s location.

• Results may vary depending on lifestyle, nail condition, and aftercare.

 

 

 

9. Privacy

 

 

• Your personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.

 

 

 

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

 

 

• The provider reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
